The development of information technology leads to the change of market environment. With a rapidly changing market environment, enterprises must get an accurate positioning for themselves if they want to survive and develop. This positioning is the precondition and foundation of choosing the right competitive strategy. On the other hand, the right competition strategic choice for enterprise development is extremely beneficial. Previous studies have ignored the enterprise is a living and dynamic organism. Enterprise’s living environment and ecological system has a very similar orbit, so if we regard the enterprises as some species in ecosystem, which is a very interesting way of thinking. Each enterprise acts as the different role and positioning in the market. For the high and new technology enterprise, they must have stronger sensitivity to market changes. Only when they get accurate positioning can the high and new technology enterprise maintain its competitive advantage and stable development and choose the right competitive strategy. In this paper, the start of the research part are reading and collecting the relevant concepts of enterprise niche, and then the main body of research is specific to the high and new technology enterprises which are belong to a special enterprise group. Combining with the characteristics of such enterprises as well as the present situation of the competition strategic choice, it build competition strategic choice model in view of the high and new technology enterprise from the different dimensions of ecological niche. It provides method for the selection of competitive strategy.In this paper, there are three main conclusions:first, new enterprise niche and related concepts are defined. The method of calculating the intensity of competition is given. Secondly, this article constructs a three dimensions stereo model from the enterprise niche breadth, overlap and competition strength. The position of a high and new technology enterprise in this model can be dynamic. It can choose different competitive strategies because of different location. Finally, the empirical research part gets the right competitive strategy selection method. Qingdao lucent technologies as the example, according to the theoretical research results to determine the competitive strategy of the Qingdao lucent conforms to the niche shift strategy, focus on expanding the software research and development department, implement the strategy of focus. |
