Balanced Scorecard breakdowns corporate strategy from the various dimensions,it can help the team to set long and short goals more clearly,improve the performance of the team and personal,promote the internal management and business process,ensure the company's strategic objectives,and help the company to achieve the business growth.CSC is a large commercial logistics group and B2 B business company,its research and development center is responsible for platform security,new product development important responsibility,is to achieve the strategic objectives of the fundamental.CSC company has a dual-track development,the entity + PC-side + mobile-dimensional three-dimensional operation,the industry area vertical and horizontal combination of the model.In early 2016 the company put forward the industry focus,innovation two major strategies.Based on the theoretical research of strategic performance management CSC company research and development center status: staff satisfaction is low,high turnover rate.Analysis of the problems in performance management: 1.CSC company but did not build a strategy associated with the performance management system.The current implementation of the annual performance appraisal,and electricity business development trend is the monthly,quarterly are undergoing tremendous changes.The annual performance appraisal is ineffective in the process of monitoring the implementation of the strategy,resulting in poor achievement of the strategic objectives.2.Performance appraisal only score links,performance feedback and counseling links missing.In this paper,a practical theoretical system is constructed,and the problems in the process of strategy implementation are analyzed and summarized.The practical methods are worked out and try to change and innovate so as to achieve the purpose of promoting the strategy.The content of the paper is divided into five parts,which involves themutual driving relationship between the Balanced Scorecard(BSC),the Strategic Map and the Key Performance Indicators(KPI),and form a benign value chain through strategy and performance.The performance management system based on the Balanced Scorecard is designed,and the supporting mechanism-PDCA performance management cycle is adopted to ensure the implementation of performance management.And ultimately to support the company's strategy.
