Human resource management and human resource incentive are very important parts in modern enterprise management.The salary is the material basis to protect human resources incentive,it can be said that the staff came to the enterprise the lowest and most basic requirement is to get their work done to pay relative pay,which is the material basis of the source of their lives.Therefore,pay and incentive in this intricate relationship,compensation adjustment is also a manifestation of the performance evaluation results.In many small and medium-sized enterprises are limited by the inherent mode of the managers' thinking,the formulation of the salary standard is more casual,and there is no systematic.Because the salary system is not perfect,the standard of compensation is not reasonable,which affects the harmony of labor relations.For SMEs in China,the most prominent problem is the lack of internal equity.Often unfair pay treatment so that employees have a sense of psychological gap between employees and organizations is the beginning of a harmonious relationship between the cracks.For example,the same remuneration,because of the special status of special treatment or income and labor input is not proportional to the performance of unfair pay.The study object of this paper Shenzhen Runxinlong Marine Supplies Co.,Ltd is a representative of China's many small and medium enterprises,because pay serious lack of fairness and extremely resulted in the intensification of the contradiction between employees and enterprises,bring a lot of unnecessary losses and troubles,so improve the compensation fairness and rationality is the most effective way to improve Shenzhen Runxinlong Marine Supplies Co.,Ltd difficulties of Human Resources Management Co.ltd..This paper adopts the methods of interviews and questionnaires to run ShenzhenRunxinlong Marine Supplies Co.,Ltd staff on the fairness of the current salary system of the investigation,interviewed and surveyed staff in part because of salary issues with the company over a dispute,or even a labor petition staff,to understand public opinion more easily close to the truth,too an antidote against the disease more easily to ease the contradiction between employees and enterprises,Shenzhen Runxinlong Marine Supplies Co.,Ltd.Finally,from the fairness incentive perspective to run Shenzhen Runxinlong Marine Supplies Co.,Ltd designed a set of more scientific and reasonable salary management system to solve the current problems of Shenzhen Runxinlong Marine Supplies Co.,Ltd.Salary management system in Shenzhen Runxinlong Marine Supplies Co.,Ltd problems in many small and medium-sized enterprise is widespread.This may be small and medium enterprises by their own ability to restrict the existence of some inherent defects.Therefore,in addition to following the basic principles of fairness in the compensation system optimization,but also need to take into account the incentive role of pay,such a compensation scheme is more operational optimization.I hope this paper can provide some useful reference for other small and medium-sized enterprises.
