Analysis And Research On Failure Management Of Nuclear Power Station Operators Based On Human Reliability Analysis Theory

The nuclear power industry as a national focus on the development of energy projects,because of its special technology,has the characteristics of high technical threshold,the security problem of the control of the operation must be no danger of anything going wrong,the nuclear power plant production staff put forward higher requirements.At present,the nuclear industry has a relatively complete all kinds of rules and regulations,plant managers hope to complete rules and regulations to strengthen the nuclear power enterprise human error prevention and management,emphasizing that people adapt to the machine,to obey the rules mechanically,but the reality is still unable to avoid a lot of the various human error and human error.The main purpose of this study is in the current nuclear power human error prevention and management system for human reliability analysis theory(CREAM theory)to analyze the operation of nuclear power personnel for human errors,and put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures,for the error management level to provide a theoretical support for enterprises to enhance the anti nuclear power,nuclear power companies to help managers and employees due to errors provide the train of thought more in the prevention of possible,effectively reduce the unsafe factors of people,so as to improve the safety factor of the nuclear power industry.In China's nuclear power industry,the research and application of behavioral safety also has some experience and exploration.Based on the analysis of the domestic nuclear power industry as a leader of the G power plant operation personnel in recent three years were analyzed by human error caused the deviation situation,combined with the existing achievements of human reliability analysis theory,by using the reliability analysis theory as the starting point,the operation of the nuclear power plant personnel were analyzed qualitatively and quantitative error,exploration for anti nuclear power plant operation and post management barriers suggestions.
