With the gradual warming of the global low carbon economy,the country's energy structure adjustment and transformation of economic growth and a series of policies have been introduced to China National Petroleum Corporation,represented by oil and gas companies to actively adjust the oil and gas development strategy,to seize the proportion of natural gas consumption rising policy the rapid expansion of the consumer market opportunities and development of the situation,accelerate the development of the natural gas business.At the same time,resulting in a shortage of domestic natural gas resources in the overall supply and demand imbalance,the state public utilities to promote investment and financing system of urban natural gas market has resulted in a significant geographical features and fierce competition,and gave the traditional petroleum-based oil and gas business enterprise development proposed challenges.This study selected a CNPC subsidiary companies engaged in oil and gas fields of the natural gas distribution business,a subsidiary-HG gas company as a case,through access to documents,field research,and qualitative and quantitative analysis,theory and research methods applied strategic management of HG Gas Group the company's development strategy has been systematically studied.Using Porter's five forces model of competitive analysis,PEST analysis of the macroeconomic environment HG Gas Corporation,the industry competition structure,the internal micro-environment of a comprehensive analysis and summary combing gas company HG opportunities and threats,strengths,weaknesses on this basis,using DELPHI-SWOT analysis method is preferred plan,determine HG gas company's development strategy and implementation measures.To protect the development and implementation of strategic initiatives floor,HG gas group should effectively grasp the rapid development of the industry the opportunity to give full play to their strengths,fully integrated internal and external resources,continuing to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,improve the management level,decentralized business risk and achieve company quality cost-effective sustainable development.
