Research Of Operational Risk Management In DY Bank

Currently,commercial banks as a financial institution in the national economy development and people's lives become increasingly important.However,with the increase in banking business,particularly banking operations brought explosive growth of the number of risk events have caused huge financial losses and adverse effects,has become the regulatory authorities,researchers,and other stakeholders bank governance layer stakeholders focus of attention problems.In this context,this paper mainly studies the problems of operational risk management in DY Bank.DY bank was established as a near the city commercial banks,the operation risk management starts late,also appeared in the daily business activities in some operational risk management problems.This paper constructs the basic theoretical framework of operational risk management of commercial banks by combing the related literature,on the basis of this,the present situation and problems of DY operating risk management were analyzed,and put forward the operational risk system reconstruction of DY bank program and guarantee the effective operation of DY bank operational risk measures.The emphasis of this paper is part of the case analysis of the problem of operation risk management of DY bank and re design based on operational risk system of DY bank,the shortcomings of this thesis lies in their own for basic theory to master is not enough,especially in the operational risk quantification,the defects.
