Technical Risk Identification And Control Of Bank T Based On Operational Risk Framework

In 2016,after the economic crisis,the traditional economy have step into a profound adjustment period.In this period,commercial banks are facing the electronization and complexification of business channels and the impaction of the big data,block chain and other technology.They are also in the transition for survive.During this transitional stage,the application of information technology of the commercial banks can bring out new business,expand new channels..Howerver,at the same time,the hidden on-line failure,accounting errors,data loss and business interruption and other operational risk events will have an immeasurable impact on the business of commercial banks if not enough attention is paied to the management of IT risk.Taeget with the technical risk control of commercial bank T,combined with the theoretical framework of operational risk,this paper gives out a technical risk management framework which is in line with the actual situation of bank T.Based on the theory of operational risk,it conducte a systematic analysis of the policy,governance and supervision of technology risk.This paper puts forward a technical risk management idea of commercial banks based on operational risk framework.On the basis of combing the current situation of T banking technology management,this paper analyzes the software development process of banks by analyzing the technical risk events generated by banks in recent years and put out a set of risk management key indicators for risk monitoring and control in development and take actual control optimization method to improve the key indicators.Finally,this paper analyzes the actual effect of the optimization program with the actual development project data of bank T for nearly 8 months,and draws the conclusion that the technical risk management idea and the implementation is worthy for the reference of the commercial bank.
