With the increasing competition in the market,product innovation has been the important way for obtaining the core competitive edge.The rapid development of open collaborative innovation technology and network information technology provides technology support for the change of product innovation mode.The collaborative product innovation is an open innovation mode that can deeply integrate innovation resource of collaborative members,and stimulate the collaborative innovation effect.It can greatly improve innovation ability of the company and competitiveness in the market.In the process of collaborative product innovation,the human resource and knowledge resource are the most vital elements for collaborative product innovation.Moreover,these elements and the relationship among them form the collaborative product innovation knowledge network.The systematic and effective management of collaborative product innovation knowledge network is the important guarantee to improve the collaborative product innovation performance and realize collaborative product innovation target.However,collaborative product innovation knowledge network is a complex system,which has components with complex characteristics,such as diversity,nonlinear and uncertainty.These characteristics make the operation and knowledge management of collaborative product innovation knowledge network more complex.How to systematically and deeply study the collaborative product innovation knowledge network from the view of complex system becomes the important issue of the current firms.Therefore,based on the booming complex network theory and other complex system theories,this study aims to systematically and deeply study the key issues of the modeling and management of collaborative product innovation knowledge network,such as the network member selection,analysis of network stability,measurement and application of knowledge flow efficiency and improvement of network knowledge diffusion performance.The main contents consist of the following parts:Firstly,the overall study of the model and key problems of collaborative product innovation knowledge network.The first job is to introduce and analyze the basic concepts,structures and complex characteristics of collaborative product innovation knowledge network.Then,based on the super-network theory,the basic model of collaborative product innovation knowledge network is built.The key issues for management of collaborative product innovation knowledge network are deeply analyzed,and the corresponding key technologies are determinated.Finally,the overall research framework is proposed as the foundation for the later research.Secondly,study the member selection for collaborative product innovation knowledge network considering the individual and collaborative attributions.First,the research framework of member selection based on the individual and collaborative attributions is built,and the individual knowledge competence,knowledge complementarity and collaborative performance among members are made as the criteria of member selection.Then,based on the fuzzy set method and social network analysis method,the quantitative method of the above criteria is proposed.The multi-objective optimization model of member selection considering individual and collaborative attributions is proposed,and a double-population adaptive genetic algorithm is developed to solve the proposed model.Finally,a real case of member selection for an ODM firm is given to test the proposed method in this paper,and the results show that the proposed method can effectively solve the member selection problem.Thirdly,study the stability of collaborative product innovation knowledge network facing member loss and knowledge loss.First,according to the definition and connotation of stability of knowledge network,the research framework of stability measurement and analysis for collaborative product innovation knowledge network is built.Then,based on the super-network and fuzzy mathematical method,the weighted member-knowledge super network model for collaborative product innovation is built.On this basis,from the views of static stability and dynamic stability,the indexes and methods of stability measurement and analysis are developed.Finally,a real case in ODM firm is given to test the proposed method in this charpter,and the results show that the proposed method can effectively measure and analyze the stability of collaborative product innovation knowledge network.Fourthly,study the measurement and its application of knowledge flow efficiency in collaborative product innovation knowledge network from the view of complex system.First,according to the knowledge flow characteristics in collaborative product innovation knowledge network,the research framework of knowledge flow efficiency is built based on the weighted network analysis method.Then,the characteristics of member node and the knowledge exchange among nodes in knowledge network are studied,and the weighted knowledge exchange network of collaborative product innovation is further built.On this basis,taking the factors of knowledge flow efficiency in the context of knowledge network,a new knowledge flow efficiency measurement model is developed,and an extended application for member management of this model is further proposed.Finally,an example in an ODM firm is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of this chapter,and the results show that the proposed model and method can measure the knowledge flow efficiency.Fifthly,study the rules and improvement strategies of knowledge diffusion performance in collaborative product innovation knowledge network from the view of micro knowledge exchange.First,according to the knowledge and knowledge diffusion features in collaborative product innovation knowledge network,the research framework of knowledge diffusion rules and improvement strategies is built.Then,using the idea of SEIR,the knowledge status of network members is determined,and the knowledge diffusion process is described.On this basis,considering the influences of network structure and member heterogeneity on knowledge diffusion,a knowledge diffusion quantitative model is proposed based on the complex network theory and improved cellular automaton.Using the simulation method,the process and rules of knowledge diffusion is studied,and the influences of knowledge network structure,knowledge exchange strategy,distribution type of knowledge disseminator and knowledge quit rate on knowledge diffusion are further investigated.Finally,based on the research results,the improvement strategies for knowledge diffusion performance are given and discussed.Sum up,in order to further improve the operation and management performance of collaborative product innovation knowledge network,this paper proposes a research framework for model and key problems of collaborative product innovation knowledge network.Moreover,the key issues,such as the network member selection,analysis of network stability,measurement and application of knowledge flow efficiency and improvement of knowledge diffusion performance,are deeply studied.This paper aims to build a research system for research and management of collaborative product innovation knowledge network,and further enrich and expand the related theories and methods of collaborative product innovation.
