Industrial cluster is a special form of industrial organization,the main body of the cluster constitute a complex system through a variety of relationships.As the division of labor is unreasonable in the cluster,making the loose relationship between enterprises,which led to the vicious competition within the cluster and seriously hampered the development of industrial cluster.In the context of global competition,industrial clusters are in urgent need of transformation and upgrading,which requires a micro-level study of industrial cluster system structure and operation of the law.It is difficult to obtain the interrelated relations among the cluster enterprises,which hinders the analysis and research of the industrial cluster system.This paper will start from the existing data of industrial cluster,analyze the relationship between the various enterprises to explore the operation of the cluster system.This paper takes the data as the core to study the industrial cluster,and analyzes the product diversity,geographical proximity and the proximity of the whole industry cluster through the existing data of the industrial cluster level.First of all,the industrial cluster is considered as the generalized manufacturing system to provide diversified products for the customer.Establish the generalized manufacturing system model and its system analysis model for industrial clusters from a system perspective.In the aspect of system structure,this paper makes a preliminary exploratory study on the structural model and functional model of generalized manufacturing system of industrial cluster using the system theory and through the studies of the composition of the system of industrial cluster network.In the aspect of system analysis,establish the relationship between enterprises within the cluster based on the industrial cluster product data and establish the industrial cluster system analysis model based on complex network,spatial analysis and other theoretical methods.At the same time,taking the industrial cluster of injection molding machine as an example,the relevant model is constructed according to the method,which provides the basis for the related analysis of the cluster system.Then,this paper analyzes the product diversity and the proximity of the industrial cluster system from the perspective of the enterprise competition in the industrial cluster system.Through the correlation mining between product data of industrial clusters,this paper proposes a product classification method based on the correlation of product structure data,and constructs a network model of competition among enterprises within the industrial cluster based on product relevance.Analyzes the characteristics of competitive network structure of cluster enterprises and quantitatively analyzes the competition relationship among enterprises in cluster based on the theory of complex social network.At the same time,it verifies the significance and importance of the product data in cluster system analysis through the analysis of examples.Finally,this paper analyzes the spatial distribution status,layout characteristics and product distribution of enterprises in the industrial cluster from the perspective of geographical proximity.Through the industrial cluster enterprise geographic data,product data,patent data normalization,this paper puts forward the spatial difference analysis method of industrial cluster system based on data correlation.Based on the empirical analysis,this paper realizes the generalized manufacturing system for industrial cluster Preliminary Development of Resource Query and Analysis System.
