With knowledge economy sweeping the world,knowledge has become the main strategic resource of enterprises to obtain competitive advantage.Therefore,isolated enterprises prefer to join the industrial cluster or knowledge alliance network that has higher knowledge storage.However,the knowledge transfer in industrial cluster is not as easy as imagined.How to make knowledge transfer more efficient is an important issue in the development process of industrial clusters.The knowledge transfer process between enterprises in industrial cluster is essentially a process of evolutionary game.Under the hypothesis of bounded rationality,two players make a strategy firstly based on the influence of various factors of knowledge transfer.Then they will constantly use the other higher strategy to replace their own existing strategy in the evolution process of industrial cluster,for increasing their profits.After a long period of evolution,industrial clusters will eventually reach a relatively stable state.This paper analyzed the factors that affect knowledge transfer in industrial cluster in first.They mainly include enterprises’ knowledge capacity,knowledge characteristics and knowledge scenario characteristics.Furthermore,considering that enterprises’ knowledge rigidity,the quality level and service level of industrial cluster,and the government policy maybe influence knowledge transfer process,the paper considered them into the theoretical model of knowledge transfer between enterprises in industrial cluster.Then,the enterprises in industrial cluster are divided into two groups,a large enterprises’ group and a small firms’ group.Next,the paper analyzed the game process of knowledge transfer between two groups using evolutionary game theory.There are four stable equilibrium states in the game,but only the fourth state which the profit when enterprise choose “transfer” is more than the profit when they choose “not transfer” may reach the “transfer” state.Then the paper analyzed the effect of model’s factors under the fourth state.I found that enterprises’ innovative capacity,the quality level of cluster,the service level of cluster and the government’s punishment and reward have a positive influence on knowledge transfer system.Enterprises’ knowledge rigidity and the innovative capacity when one of two game participants choose “not transfer” have a negative influence on this system.Finally,the knowledge transfer process in industry cluster was simulated by Netlogo.And we got thesame conclusions as above.With the above analysis,the paper concluded that if enterprises want to have a high profit,while improving knowledge ability and reducing the cost of knowledge transfer,they must also control their knowledge rigidity.In order to obtain a higher competitive advantage,industrial clusters should pay attention to their quality level and service level to provide more convenient services for enterprises to help enterprises reduce the cost of knowledge transfer and increase the trust between enterprises,thereby increasing the knowledge transfer willingness of enterprises.The government should formulate appropriate reward and punishment system to encourage knowledge transfer between enterprises to get more advantage. |
