The Study Of Jinhua Bank's Sci-tech Finance Development Strategy

In recent years,the central and local governments have issued a series of financial policy to support and encourage the development of science and technology enterprises,promoting the combination of the two most important,active and potential elements in the production field.The 18 th National Congress once again has been clear about the national economic development to the "innovation driven",which leading the change of financial structural needs.In line with the purpose of service for science and technology enterprises,sci-tech finance,as a financial market innovation arises at the historic moment.The development of sci-tech finance will be an important role to solve science and technology innovation enterprises' financing problems.Both for represented by banking financial institutions,or by small and mid-sized enterprise financing,service demanders,would be a pressing problem.Based on Jinhua Banks as the research object,this paper analyzed the technology of financial development strategy.On the basis of generalizing relevant literature,elaborating the theories of small and mid-sized enterprises' financing problems and support the financial development of science and technology,clear again the plight of the financing difficulties and the necessity of financial development of science and technology.In addition,this paper analyzes the Jinhua bank financial development situation of sci-tech finance,on this basis,from the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats four aspects,summarizes the related influence factors of development strategy of sci-tech finance,establish a set of analysis index system for it.And with the method of expert scoring,determine the quantitative standard,build strategic judgment matrix,judge,came to the conclusion that Jinhua bank's sci-tech finance business is in the zone of fight type strategy,now need adjustment strategy,which is make full use of external opportunities,at the same time,actively make up internal weaknesses.According to this conclusion,we put forward four suggestions which are strengthen risk management and control,promoting management innovation and product innovation,establish and improve the personnel training mechanism,the external multi-channel cooperation.
