Research On The Development Strategy Of Sci-tech Finance In Guangzhou

Since the National Science and Technology Innovation Plan of the 13 th Five-Year Plan put forward the concept of “Sci-tech Finance ",sci-tech finance has developed rapidly throughout the country.As the center of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,how to develop its sci-tech finance needs further study.On the basis of combing the research results at home and abroad and analyzing the mechanism of synergistic transmission between innovation and finance,this paper systematically explores the theme of the development of sci-tech finance in Guangzho u.Firstly,this paper compares and analyses the development status of sci-tech finance in Guangzhou from five subdivisions: financial investment,science and technology loan,multi-level capital market,venture capital and other financial measures,and finds out the development characteristics and problems of sci-tech finance in Guangzho u.Secondly,according to the above subdivisions,using case analysis,takes Panyu Tian Technology Branch,Xinsanban Think Tank,Guangdong Stock Exchange Center and Guangzhou Fund as the research objects.Finally,based on the current situation of sci-tech finance in Guangzhou and the enlightenment of the case,this paper summarizes the key factors of the development of sci-tech finance,namely,the policy environment,talent and market,puts forward countermeasures,and judges the possible trend of the future development of sci-tech finance in Guangzhou.
