Under the new normal state of the national supply chain reform, the requirements of coal cleaning and utilization increase,the demand for coal washing is also higher,and the competition of coal preparation enterprises is more and more.The existing competitive strategy of S coal preparation company does not match with the sustainable development of enterprises.In order to adapt to the competitive environment, it is necessary to further study and improve the competitive strategy of S coal preparation company.In this paper, the basic idea of the competitive strategy of the company is put forward by combining the classic theory of enterprise strategy and the actual of the S Coal Preparation Company.This paper uses PEST analysis method, mainly for S coal companies face in political law,economy, technology, culture and industry environment five aspects of opportunities and threats,and analyzed the coal industry environment, identify the key success factors of coal industry;Secondly, this paper analyzes the internal resources and strategic ability of S coal preparation company, and then comes to the conclusion that the company has the advantages and disadvantages. Then, using the SWOT analysis matrix, a detailed list of the company's existing external S coal preparation opportunities, threats and internal strengths and weaknesses,the use of scientific knowledge, the scheme, the competition strategy options for S coal company. Finally, combined with the actual of the company, and the effective implementation of the strategy of core competence cultivation from improving the level of management innovation, strengthen cost control, optimize human resources management, strengthen technological innovation, put forward specific suggestions of these five aspects of continuous optimization of production management.
