| With the development of the reform and open of China,the bonded area has growing for nineteen years,as logistics industry has become an important component for modern production.Under the more and more fierce competition,it is important to make research on the competitive ability of the logistics industry for each bonded area.In this case,more attention should be paid to adjusted strategy promptly to gain the main driving position.The competition ability of the logistics industry in bonded area,which means this area can take more fully use of its resource, administration and natural condition to absorb different production and logistic factors in occupying market,adding values and improving service level than others in order to maintain the sustainable development of the bonded area.Facing up the fierce competition,it is significant to establish a piece of evaluation system adapted to bonded features and do science analysis,which will do reasonable and quantitative research on the competition ability,as well as help divisors to understand the development condition,find its advantages and disadvantages,then take measures to cultivate and improve the ability to get the best economic and social benefits.Thus it will guide the direction of the logistics development and provided useful strategies. Depending on evaluation parameters system and methods domestic and overseas,this article proposed evaluate methods relying on neutral network for the deficiency of modern methods to competitive ability by establish BP neutral network.By building evaluation system and BP neutral network,it will produce a particle program and use the NNT of MATLAB to design and compute,train the learning sample then test it, make the errors to get the desirable range.Finally,evaluate and analyze the competition ability of logistics industry of 15 bonded area in our country,bring forward measures to develop the competition ability of logistics industry. |
