Based on discussing of the actuality of strategy management theories domestic and overseas, and combining the situation of LPC Landscape Company (LPCLC) , the paper probes into the company's competition strategy deeply.Firstly, the author analyzes the macroscopically circumstance in outside, it can be concluded that LPCLC is facing many opportunities such as the increasing proportion of the landscape construction projects in our country, the strict management of the license in the trade, the high-speed of industry growth, enhancing of residents ecological awareness, the support of advanced technology domestic and overseas and so on. At the same time, there are many threats, for example, the estate investment is limited by the state, increasing of the labor cost, the technology bulwark, the current furious competition, entering of the potential competitors with lower bulwark, the stronger bargaining ability of the customers and so on. In succession, using the method of investigating table, the key successful factors of Landscape trade industry are gained by investigation and analysis, including the sustaining perfection ability of quality management system, the ability of cost controlling, market exploring, plant conservation and project management, the key success factors which including ten aspects are also decided. Secondly, the paper analyzes the internal resources and the core ability of LPCLC, and educes that the company's advantages lie in cost controlling ability, the timely degree of construction service, the ability of plant conservation and other advantages. The disadvantages mainly lie in the modality and brand building ability, human resource management ability, management innovation and organization transforming ability, financing ability, sustaining perfection ability of quality management system, capacity of project evaluation and business development, ability of market exploring, the capacity to cooperate with suppliers, the advanced and reliability of equipments, the capacity of constructing safely and so on. The main performance of its core competencies lies in two aspects of cost control and plant conservation capacity. Thirdly, combining evaluation results of the internal and external, the overall development strategy of LPCLC is identified. Applying the method of SWOT matrix, the spare competition strategies are confirmed, including aims centralizing and low cost strategy, aims centralizing and otherness strategy, management rebuilding strategy and strategy alliance. Then, the applicability, feasibility and acceptability of the four competitive strategy program that can be choose are evaluated by the qualitative method and quantitative method which using the QSPM method, sum up the strategy of LPCLC should based on management rebuild strategy and management innovation, and provide customers with the perceived differences of services while striving to reduce the costs and improve customer satisfaction continually on the concentrated target market by applying the aims centralizing and otherness strategy. Lastly, many corresponding suggestions aiming at implying strategic cases and core competences implantation and perfecting quality control system and implying project management and strengthening human resource management.
