The Research Of Predicament And Countermeasure Of Chongqing Migrant Workers' Citizenization

As a result of the existence of urban-rural dual system,Chinese city and countryside had been divided for a long time.Especially since the reform and open policy,the massive rural surplus labor had floated into the country,but because of various kinds of benefit relations behind household registration system,migrant worker is unable to enjoy the city treatment.From this has “takes part both in industrial and agricultural labor” also “the non-labor non-agriculture” the peasant laborer question.This problem not only causes causes the society unfair and a series of social question,but also has seriously restricted the urbanization advancement and the Chinese economy development potential.This research take Chongqing as an example,studies in the rural laborer resident advancement the difficult position,and puts forward the countermeasure proposal.In the theory part of this research,this article based on the Marxism political economy theory and the Western economic correlation theories,carries on the theoretically tracing to the peasant laborer question production,and induced has combed the domestic correlation research.In the practice part,this article has analyzed the Chongqing urbanization present situation and the peasant laborer resident present situation with emphasis.In the part of trouble analysis of the urbanization of rural migrant workers,this paper presents the trouble of system capital,social capital and human capital.In the last part,the difficult position which faces in view of the peasant laborer resident,pointed proposed the consummation institutional framework,the building social environment and enhancement education training based on the Chongqing present situation and so on three aspect policy suggestions.
