Regional Differences And Influencing Factors Of The Degree Of Migrant Workers' Citizenization

Migrant workers are the special groups under the dualistic society background in urban and rural areas of China.Because of economic,institutional,cultural and other aspects,if they are in the state of migrant workers for a long time but not to achieve the smooth realization of the citizenization,it will not conducive to the effective transfer of rural surplus labor,the solution of the "three rural" problems and the development of the urbanization process,and then affects the harmony and stability of the society and the sustained and healthy development of the economy.Therefore,speeding up the citizenization of migrant workers is an important and realistic topic for the construction of a harmonious society in urban and rural areas.Based on the research before scholars,this paper calculates the degree and regional differences of the citizenization of migrant workers in various cities of Shandong Province and analyses the influencing factors,by building the measurement system of the citizenization degree of migrant workers based on two aspects of citizenization ability and intention,and using the questionnaire survey data and the macro statistics data of the cities of Shandong Province in 2016.The results of the study found that the citizenization intention of migrant workers in Shandong province is characterized by the increasing regional characteristics from the southwest to the northeast,and there's a little difference between cities,and the ability of citizenization shows a low level in the surrounding areas of Ji'nan and the south,and the eastern coastal areas.However,the other cities are characterized by higher ring area characteristics,and there are great differences between the cities.The characteristics of regional differences in the degree of citizenization of migrant workers are basically consistent with the citizenization ability.In addition,by analyzing the influencing factors of Shandong province migrant workers urbanization degree,find the city life cost and income of migrant workers,the average price of city,area GDP,per capita income gap between urban and rural areas and the level of education of migrant workers has a significant effect on the degree of citizenization of migrant workers.Among them,the cost of living,the average housing price and the income gap between urban and rural areas have a negative impact on the citizenization of migrant workers,but the income of migrant workers,the GDP per capita and the education level of migrant workers have a positive impact on the degree of citizenization of migrant workers.
