Comparative Study On The Level And Influencing Factors Of Citizenization Of Rural Migrant Workers In Changzhutan And Vwuhan

Based on the survey data of Migrant Workers Task Force,this article use the combined method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to compare the citizenization problem of rural migrant workers in Changzhutan and Wuhan.Reference to the existing evaluation system of the citizenization level of rural migrant workers,we established an evaluation system,mainly include two aspects of the social environment and the willingness of the citizenization of rural migrant workers,calculates the citizenization level and the generational differences of migrant workers in two regions,then analysis the main obstructions of the citizenizationof rural migrant workers in two regions,in addition,the article use the method of stepwise regression analysis the main influencing factors of the citizenization of rural migrant workers in Changzhutan and Wuhan.and finally put forward the corresponding policy and recommendations to break these obstructions in order to promote the citizenization level of rural migrant workers inthe region of Changzhutan and Wuhan.The article is mainly divided into six parts.In the first part,the article introduces the background andsignificance of research papers,researches status from domestic andabroad,and defines the connotation of migrant workers and the citizenizationof rural migrant workers.The second part is basis,including inconomic structure theory,population move theory and community rational theory.The third part of the article introduces the source of data and the basic situation of migrant workers in Changzhutan and the three towns of Wuhan.Then established an evaluation system,mainly include two aspects of the social environment and the willingness of the citizenization of rural migrant workers,calculates the citizenization level and the generational differences of rural migrant workers in two regions.The four part of the article analysis the main obstructions of the citizenizationof rural migrant workers in two regions.Mainly include the obstructions of economic environment,employment environment,institutional barriers,city integration barriers and obstructions of quality of rural migrant workers.The five part use the method of stepwise regression analysis the main influencing factors of the citizenization of rural migrant,Regression results show that the features of rural migrant workers(eg,signing labor contracts,wage,with or without farming experience and education level)have a significant effect,while other features have rather little affect.The six part of the article mainly include policy and recommendations,through the comparison of the citizenization of rural migrant workers in Changzhutan and three towns of Wuhan,put forward policy and recommendations to speed up the citizenization level of rural migrant workers in the central city of China.Through make a comparison of the citizenization problem of rural migrant workers in Changzhutan and three towns of Wuhanwith the background of central city and the "two oriented society" construction.The article can provide the theoretical and practical guiding significanceto the citizenization problem of rural migrant workers in other central cities.
