Research Of The Costs Of Social Security For Citizenization Of Migrant Workers In Jilin Province

Along with the development of industrialization,the non-agricultural industries concentrated in urban.And it is the naturally historical process of rural people to come to the town,which is the objective trend of the development of human society and the important symbol of modernization of the country.The key to Chinese urbanization strategy is to promote urbanization and the core is people's urbanization.In order to promote the citizenization of migrant workers,it is very important to calculate and share the cost of citizenization of migrant workers.The key to the real citizenship of migrant workers lies in the enjoyment of social security with the citizens,so the cost of social security is a very important part of the cost of the citizenization of migrant workers.In this paper,we choose the cost of social security of citizenization of migrant workers in Jilin Province as the research object,which regional representation is obvious.In this paper,the present situation of the cost of citizenization of migrant workers at home and abroad is reviewed.This paper defines the citizenization of citizenization of peasant workers,migrant workers,migrant workers social security costs,the concept of the equity theory,population flow theory,urbanization theory and cost theory of urbanization are expounded,at the same time,from the migrant population,employment and income and social security conditions in three aspects to analyze the basic situation of rural migrant workers,and through the above analysis of jilin province urbanization of migrant workers social security cost model was constructed,the jilin province urbanization of migrant workers social security costs for detailed calculation and analysis.It is concluded that the cost of pension insurance and housing cost is the two largest proportion of the social security cost of the citizenization of rural migrant workers in Jilin Province,while the government needs to bear more than half of the cost of social security for the citizenization,whose pressure is relatively large in the future.On the basis of the above research,this paper put forward countermeasures under the social security cost perspective to promote the citizenization of migrant workers in jilin province: promoting urbanization of migrant workers step by step,promoting migrant workers fully stable employment,improving the migrant workers housing security system.
