With the rapid development of our country's economy,the market competition is moreand more fierce,human resources has become a global market to be reckoned with resources.Human resource is the most precious resource of all enterprise resources,production and business operation activities of enterprise is to rely on people to do.Human resources training management are increasingly being enterprise managers unprecedented attention.A sound human resources training and development is the foundation of enterprise development,it is the core competitiveness of the enterprise's growth,the improvement of enterprise internal and external environment adaptability,staff's further development,play a decisive role,but also affect the enterprise strategy implementation of the force and the improvement of value creativity.Through training,not only can improve the professional ability of employees,for employees to realize self value,and can improve enterprise management level,enhance enterprise core competitiveness.Shenyang LJ auto parts is in the primary stage to mature stage transition,training management company is not very mature,the company lack of human resources training plan,the company as a whole do not take the training management,training is not combined with company strategy,these problems restrict the further development of enterprises.To gain a competitive advantage,make sure the enterprise long-term development must improve the whole company's emphasis on training management,establish and improve the scientific and reasonable training management system,combined with the company's development strategy.We choose a few representative sample of daily human resources management in Shenyang LJ and then analyze and find the root reason cause through face to face communication with employees and management.Finally put forward the countermeasures and the solutions from the perspective of training management to ensure the long-term stable development of the enterprise.In this paper,the first part is the briefly introduction,mainly introduces the research background and importance,research ideas and methods,a brief introduction of this article research background,purpose,significance,thinking,method,technology road map,etc.The second part is case body,a simple introduction LJ and industry background,put forward the typical cases,etc.The third part is case analysis,mainly including the theoretical support and the analysis of the specific case,come to the conclusion.The fourth part puts forwardSuggestions,mainly including improved LJ company training effectiveness of specific countermeasures and Suggestions.
