With the pace of global economic integration,and the innovation of IT industry.Companies are facing more challenges,more competition and more opportunities.The conflicts are more obvious as well.The internet plus financial industry is gradually changing people's traditional life.Many traditional financial companies are in the progress of transition.Competition among enterprises is mostly the competition of comprehensive strength,and the most important is the competition of talent.Therefore,it is necessary to implement effective human resources management,to improve training management process,to improve the staff's ability,to enhance the internal learning ability,to enhance core competitiveness and sustainable development,and to develop the human resources training system.Eventually,the goal of human resources department is to reach a “win-win” situation of employer and employee.This thesis refers to the global advanced training management knowledge in human resource industry,uses the methodology of case study,and goes through several problems of F Company in the training management,such as how to align the goal of training management with the company's development in order to reach a “win-win” situation,how to make the employees have more initiative and productivity in training in order to improve the production efficiency,and how to establish a rounded localized training system.We use the methodology of Maslow's hierarchy of needs,the training and development model,Kirkpatrick model,and SWOT methodology to deeply analyze the reasons and to provide the solutions,including to develop a standardized frame of training requirement analysis,to establish the process of training evaluation and the localized training system,and to improve the training management e-Platform.Finally,we try to make the conclusion that training management plays a very important role in the enterprise.With the title of Case Learning of F Company in Training Management,the thesis is focusing on the training requirement analysis,the process of training course design,variable training approaches,the training of the trainer,the supervision of training process,the evaluation management of the training achievement,and the improvement of the training management e-Platform.Finally we are trying to establish a localized training management system for F Company.
