According to the theories related to human capital,an important measure adopted by enterprises to invest in human capital is to train employees.Such an investment in training is highly cost-effective.It is also an important component in the development strategies of enterprises.The HIT Bada Group is an enterprise under the Harbin Institute of Technology Group.In recent years,some prominent problems have been found in the link of employment training.The thesis is aimed at researching and analyzing the factors influencing the training outcomes of HIT Bada Group and finding out the factors influencing the employee training outcomes.In the meantime,it proposes some individual suggestions,hoping to provide certain reference to improve the training outcomes of HIT Bada Group.Through the questionnaire research and interview method,the thesis arranges the problems in the training of HIT Bada Group.In the research process,it has discovered several problems existing in training,including inadequate training awareness,unfulfilled training implementation system,deficient training resources and the lack of training teaching resources.Next,the thesis carries out an in-depth analysis of the main reasons for such problems from several perspectives,including inadequate attention from leaders,the lack of internal incentive mechanism,incomplete systems,the deficiency of system and low management abilities.On this basis,it conducts the optimized designing of the training system from organization guarantee,input guarantee,system guarantee and teaching faculty guarantee.The research conclusions of the thesis offer strong guidance for improving the training outcomes of HIT Bada Group and perfecting employees’ performances.
