With the development of the times,e-commerce has become one of the main means of trade and touched and deep into all aspects of national economic.At the same time,accompanied by China's rapid development of e-commerce,the logistics short board problem is increasingly serious.The high logistics costs has become a key constraint in the development of the e-commerce industry,therefore the e-commerce enterprises consider logistics cost control and management as the key to enhance the core competitiveness of the industry due to the characteristics of this industry.However,compare with the traditional enterprise,the cost control method cannot be directly mechanically applied to the e-commerce industry.A new logistics cost control method apply to e-commerce industry must be developed and this will be a significant guidance for the development of the industry.This paper is the combination of theoretical analysis and case study of the combination of research methods,after elaborating the relevant theoretical basis,the current e-commerce industry in C hina's logistics costs management and control of the situation were described,and its shortcomings and its causes were analyzed,Then the domestic case studies and analysis,combined with C hina's electricity business logistic s cost management status,problems,reasons and domestic case studies and analysis,and then put forward the corresponding improvement proposals.
