With the continuous development of e-commerce,consumers are gradually upgrading their purchasing models.People are no longer confined to store purchases.Instead,they enjoy the same products and after-sales service through online orders and home delivery.Suning's profit in the wave of changes in the Internet has drastically decreased.Therefore,he decided to rely on Internet technology to integrate resources and implement business model upgrades.Suning integrated the commodity supply chain by expanding the business scope of the category,optimizing the product line and opening up online channels,and formed a logistics network together with approximately 1,500 physical retail stores to solve the commodity distribution problem.However,due to the rapid transition of Suning's O2 O,issues such as difficulty in supply management,limited profits,and shortage of talents have gradually emerged.Combining the development of O2 O models at home and abroad,the paper will transform Suning's commodities into categories and use physical cloud stores and e-commerce platforms to integrate product supply chains,increase dual-line integration,and accurately divide the market to enhance consumer experience.Increase customer stickiness.On this basis,based on the core elements of the O2 O model,the paper combines current Suning O2 O transformation cases,carries out reforms and optimizations on the problems existing in the transformation,and proposes transformation optimization solutions from four perspectives: offering,customer,infrastructure,and finance..In terms of technology,Suning needs to collect and analyze big data information,forecast consumer trends in the way of Internet data marketing,guide supplier manufacturing,and provide more personalized products and services to customers through C2 B reverse customization,and gradually realize new retail sales.In terms of safeguard measures,Suning needs to proceed from the five perspectives of persisting in the concept of transformation,promoting smart retailing,breaking down the cooperation barriers,adhering to perfecting internal mechanisms,and clearing the direction of optimization.This ensures that Suning O2O's optimized plan after transformation is implemented,and is more traditional retailing in China.The company's O2 O transformation provides guidance and promotes the rapid development of smart retail.
