In recent years,the economy of our country has been developed rapidly.Therefore,it also brings greater survival challenges to enterprises,and the changing market economy environment makes enterprises face more severe challenges,so the competition within the industry is increasingly fierce.Inter-industry competition has gradually evolved into a value chain competition.Companies no longer focus on their own cost control,but on the value chain as a whole.Enterprises form their own value chain in the process of operation,and integrate each value-added value activity to realize the maximum value of the whole value chain system.In addition,the enterprise's own development also needs to optimize the internal and external cost Management,only internal cost control has been unable to meet the development of the enterprise.In order to better deal with the risks and challenges of the market,modern enterprises must improve their innovation ability,establish advanced cost control system and optimize the cost control system of their own value chain,so as to gain competitive advantage and gain a leading position in the industry.SUNING,as a typical business company with rapid development,focuses on improving the management of products and the ability to link up the value chain.At the same time,enterprises fully use the advantages of the Internet,gradually set up open online platform,strengthen its data exchange and product sales in the enterprise strength,the overall value chain system to enhance the ability to use.The article mainly selects the typical representative of e-commerce enterprise,SUNING,as an example,to analyze the problems existing in the cost control based on the value chain,and at the same time to re-understand the cost control system of SUNING from the perspective of the value chain according to the characteristics of the enterprise itself.In the activities,the financial department should focus on the real-time communication of financial accounting and business,so as to ensure that Su Ning can adhere to reasonable and scientific business decisions.In addition,the research of this paper aims to reasonably through the value chain analysis,through the strategic resources of people,money,material,advanced technology and so on in SUNING company,to achieve reasonable allocation,at the same time,to enhance the cooperation with upstream suppliers,downstream customers and competitors,to increase the value liquidity on the value chain,to reduce the management cost,to maintain the strategic advantage of low cost,and to improve the industry competition level of the company.
