With the rapid development of Internet information technology,e-commerce emerges as The Times require.B2 C e-commerce gradually replaces traditional retailers.The operation mode of relying on the Internet platform for sales drives the development of logistics.In the current situation of competition incentive and shrinking profit space,all enterprises are constantly improving their products and services and enhancing market competitiveness from all aspects.Logistics cost,as a major cost expenditure,naturally becomes the key for e-commerce enterprises to improve economic benefits and win market competitiveness.This paper aims to better improve Suning’s logistics cost control,increase profit space and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.At the same time,the author hopes to enrich the theoretical research and practical discussion on logistics cost control in China,and bring effective reference direction and guiding significance for the logistics cost control of other enterprises in the same industry.Based on the theoretical analysis and components research of logistics cost control,this paper takes Suning Group Co.,Ltd.as an example to comprehensively study and analyze its logistics mode and effectiveness of logistics cost control.From the perspective of warehousing,distribution,reverse logistics,research and development,the logistics cost of specific data analysis,at the same time compared with other enterprises in the same industry,to analyze the advantages and disadvantages.Considering the current smart retail model of Suning and the transformation of logistics business into the value center of the enterprise,which has brought economic benefits to the enterprise and effectively controlled the logistics cost in reverse,this paper also makes a more comprehensive and specific analysis on logistics R&D cost and logistics income.It is found that Suning has advantages in building intelligent logistics control network,reasonably selecting suitable logistics mode and bringing economic benefits to enterprises through the development cost of logistics business.In addition,the article also found that Suning has some problems in the stability of suppliers,staff quality and logistics cost accounting,and put forward some corresponding countermeasures.This paper finds that the logistics of e-commerce enterprises is very different from the traditional logistics,and the logistics cost control cannot completely copy the traditional logistics enterprises.It should be combined with the market environment and the characteristics of the industry to effectively control the logistics cost.In addition,in the era of the Internet,it is impossible for enterprises to gain core competitiveness by blindly increasing labor costs.E-commerce logistics must build a new intelligent and informationbased logistics with the help of Internet big data information to achieve long-term sustainable development of enterprises.Enterprises should make clear the development stage and focus of the current enterprise,and choose the logistics mode suitable for their own development stage. |
