Research On Logistics Cost Management Of Suning Based On Value-Chain

With the rapid development of Internet technology,e-commerce has become an important expression of social and economic activities today.The rapid development of e-commerce has led to increasing competition among e-commerce companies,and the profit margins of goods and services have been squeezed.At this time,the cost advantage has become the focus of attention of enterprises,especially logistics cost management has become an important choice to improve economic efficiency of enterprises.This article uses a combination of theoretical research and case studies,and selects Suning as the case study object.As a fully integrated online and offline enterprise,Suning has a certain representativeness.It is hoped that an in-depth analysis of it will bring reference significance to Suning,and it can also provide reference for other enterprises in e-commerce enterprises.This article first understands the current research status and related theories of value chain and logistics cost management at home and abroad through literature research.Secondly,from the perspective of the value chain,the overall research and analysis of Suning logistics cost management are conducted from the internal and external aspects of the enterprise.The internal value chain is disassembled into four links of procurement,warehousing,distribution and after-sales service,and the external value chain is divided into competitors,suppliers and customers to analyze the current situation.Then the article uses the analytic hierarchy process to find the links that need to be focused on in its logistics cost management,and it combines the data with the comparative analysis method to compare with Jingdong to specifically analyze the problems and causes of Suning logistics cost management.Finally,it puts forward targeted optimization suggestions and safeguard measures to ensure suggestions that can be effectively implemented.
