Online shopping has become a common form of shopping in people's lives,because it conforms to people's increasingly accelerated pace of life,but also meets people's demand for simple and fast consumption pattern.Online shopping can be free from time and space constraints,can provide easy search of information,massive goods selection,low price concessions,free lock of targets,home delivery and other services,but also can give the customers an easy shopping experience.At the same time,it makes the way of shopping much more timesaving?Economical and Efficient by provide indoor goods selection,mobile payment and receipt confirmation.Compared to traditional shopping methods,the advantages of online shopping has a proper developing prospects,and brings a vitality to Electronic Commerce enterprises,especially the B2 C Electronic Commerce enterprises.Chapter 1 of this paper describes the research background and meaning of current B2 C enterprise value chain management,but also makes a summarization and sorting of the domestic and foreign literature within different periods.The second chapter mainly introduces the related theory about application and research of value chain management under the traditional manufacturing industry and new coming e-commerce industry background.Taking the well developing JD mall as an example,The third Chapter introduces the enterprise background and present situation of the value chain management.As e-commerce enterprise,JD mall connects the upstream suppliers and downstream customers,based on the electric business platform and partner relationships,it aims to get a better understanding of the processing of enterprise value,and the recognition of value added activities,By analysis of the value chain structure of JD mall.The fourth chapter will elaborate and analysis on present condition of the value chain management on the case of internal and external way.JD mall takes the customer as the center in the value chain management,it aims to research the main links of enterprise value on how to improve business efficiency,reduce cost,create competitive advantage and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty,but also gives suggestions on how to improve the not yet perfect management link.Chapter v gives a summarization of JD mall case analysis conclusion,through the analysis of each link of the JD mall value chain,we find the management and the development direction of B2 C electrical business enterprise,but also give revelatory suggestion on the application of value chain management within B2 C enterprise.This Article tells that the core value creation and the value-added links of JDmall can help to achieve the enterprise value on the cases of technology research and development,warehouse management,logistics distribution and after-sales service.The discussed results by this article will also provide some reference on how other B2 C enterprises can apply value chain management method.
