Since the1990s, due to the rapid development of science and technologyand the rapid changes in the global market, enterprises are facing a rapidlychanging and unpredictable buyer’s market. The traditional operationmanagement mode is difficult to deal with the interest of the market. Christopher pointed out:"in the21stcentury, not the competition between the enterprises, but the competitionbetween supply chains".E-commerce as a future enterprise is a powerful tool to improve theinternational competitiveness and expand market at the same time, also for thetraditional logistics supply chain management theory and method has broughtnew challenges. Supply chain management and e-commerce combined witheach other, to create a new field of research hot spots, namely logistics supplychain management mode based on electronic commerce. E-commerce logisticssupply chain management is the core of effective enterprise informationmanagement, help enterprise innovation management method of logistics supplychain management and organization mode, and create a smooth flow ofinformation between the enterprise internal, suppliers and customers, make itswalking in the forefront of the logistics supply chain management.Lean Supply Chain Management theory is a reflection of Lean thinking inthe field of logistics, is the fundamental to realize manufacturing Leanproduction.
