Research On Port Logistics Supply Chain Information System Analysis And Design

As a key hinge of logistics activities in China,port is an important link in the international strategic layout,which is of great significance to the economic development and social construction of our country.With the trend of economic globalization becoming more and more obvious,building an international comprehensive service port is an important way to promote economic development.Tianjin Port and Beihai Bay are important coastal ports in our country,at the request of national call,they have started the modernization and informationization of the port.Its development situation can reflect the current situation of the construction of port information in our country.The development level of port logistics informatization has become an important index to measure the development degree of port logistics.With the continuous exploration of the port logistics supply chain,port logistics supply chain and gradually forming,however,face the problem of congestion between each link in the supply chain collaboration and inefficient information,build a modern,intelligent port logistics supply chain information system is urgent.With the support of advanced Internet technology,the port logistics operation in the relatively independent,decentralized logistics information linked to the port of the terminal,customs,shipping companies,shipping agents,freight forwarding,railway and other users to provide logistics information sharing and data exchange,Reduce the operation cost of the supply chain while improving the port logistics service level and port logistics operation efficiency.Through the establishment of port logistics supply chain information system,and provide decision support for the core enterprises in the supply chain in market forecasting,orders,inventory management and other aspects of rapid response,is also located in the lower reaches of the supply chain enterprises to provide goods in demand as fast and accurate information,so as to improve their market the change of strain capacity.By constructing appropriate information sharing model,the supply chain of enterprises will play a more effective role of information,using the effective information,make reasonable decisions,reduce the risks faced by the enterprises,effective control of bullwhip effect in supply chain information generated when pass through information sharing.This paper first introduces the theory and practice of the information system of port supply chain at home and abroad,and expounds the relevant theoretical concepts.Then the status quo of the existing logistics information system construction in Tianjin Port and Beibu Gulf is described,and analyzes the problems.After that,we describe the design objectives,ideas,the overall framework and the core function modules of the system research port logistics information platform.Finally,the above information is put forward to optimize the function module and to improve the system of port logistics personnel and other system improvement measures.
