Logistics Service Supply Chain is an important branch of Service Supply Chain. It is an important development trend of the modern logistics industry, and is becoming one of the hottest academic topics. Based on the port logistics enterprise service supply chain, this thesis is mainly concerned with coordination strategy and optimization problem for Port Logistics Service Supply Chain, focusing on the service capacity coordination and information sharing coordination.First, In this thesis, concerning on the integrator of port logistics service, the coordination system of port logistics service supply chain is constructed. Two and multi-lever structure model of port logistics service supply chain is established. Then from the perspective of integrator and suppler respectively, coordination cause and related theories are analyzed.Second, Capacity coordination problem of two level port logistics service is researched in the case of uncertainty of demand and price. BP neural network algorithm and Fuzzy set theory are applied to solve the uncertainty of demand and price. According to the three modes of cooperation, loose, weak and strong strategic type between integrator and supplier and whether with ability constraints or not, Port logistics service supply chain coordination is divided to six modes. According to the six modes, different profit models of integrator and supplier are established. According to Stackelberg master-slave decision game strategy, both the supply and the demand are punished for the insufficient supply purchases. According to the penalty, to order the rated capacity, members and the size of sensitivity of the supply chain performance effect size, the results of the different mode of cooperation are comparaed and analized, and puts forward the adopted coordination strategy by each node enterprise and the whole supply chain. Leader-follower Decision-making model of Stackelberg is used to optimize and solve the established models and Matlab2011b is used to simulate the results of four cooperation modes and the results are compared and analyzed. Conclusions are as follows:with ability constraints, strong strategy conducted by port logistics service integrator is more conducive to improve the total profits of service supply chain; while without ability constraints, weak strategy conducted by port logistics service integrator is more conducive to improve the total profits of service supply chain.Third, the information coordination model of logistics service supply chain is designed. According to the principal-agent model, information and coordination mechanism of based on the profit distribution is constructed. Because of information coordination efforts, the distribution of the value-added proceeds of the supply chain realizes the incentive for the Information Coordination act itself. The distribution coefficient a is adjusted, to ensure the accuracy and rationality of the profit distribution by the introduction of reward function F and evaluation factor β. The use of Game Theory and system optimization related theoretical approaches design revenue sharing coordination mechanisms of a service supply chain to solve the contradictions and conflicts between collective rationality and individual rationality of individual enterprises in the service supply chain, and make the service supply chain performance under decentralized decision-making to approach or reach the service supply chain performance under the centralized decision-making by setting the revenue sharing parameter to motivate members of the supply chain. Finally achieving Pareto continuous improvement and supply and demand a win-win situation.Finally, From the perspective of the total supply chain, the problem of achieving information sharing coordination by construction of Logistics Public Information Platform is researched. And according to the characteristics of logistics service, Logistics Public Information Platform to exchange Data and service is designed. And incentive strategy and its implementation pattern are raised to achieve the information sharing. An example with sailing data and container status information is used to explain implementation pattern of data sharing coordination. The results show that each node enterprise in supply chain can achieve the exchange of one-to-many logistics information data and services at the same time through the docking information platform. At the same time, platform enables the tracking of logistics throughout the progress, thus improves the level of logistics services and effectively reduces the overall cost of supply chain operations.
