Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Employee’s Harmonious Work Passion On Leader’s Work Passion

Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,the development of multinational enterprises has led to the deepening of transnational human resource management research,and the research on the positive emotion of employees,especially the passion for work,has been widely concerned by scholars.This thesis first to the work passion research present situation has carried on the literature review,found that from the perspective of its former because as well as the influence of work passion and personal identity and characteristics,the influence of leadership on employees,and the team atmosphere,and passion will influence job performance,employee job satisfaction and employee creativity.Literature review found that the current research on work passion in the leader-employee dual situation is more about the influence of leaders to employees,and the upward transmission mechanism of employees’ work passion needs to be further explored.Therefore,based on the theory of conscious emotional infection,this thesis believes that the harmonious work passion of employees can positively affect the work passion of leaders.In the process of improving the mechanism of the upward influence of harmonious work passion on leadership work passion,this thesis introduces the emotional labor strategy of deep performance as an intermediary because of the similar emotional internalization process of harmonious work passion and deep performance.At the same time,leaders may influence employees’ emotional infection according to their own evaluation of employees’ ability.Thus,leaders’ perceived competence is introduced as another intermediary variable to build a complete chain mediation model and put forward relevant hypotheses.In this thesis,258 valid matching questionnaires were selected from a multi-point matched questionnaire survey of leaders and employees from Chinese multinational enterprises.SPSS26.0 and AMOS24 were used to analyze the data.The results showed that the harmonious work passion of employees was positively correlated with the leadership work passion,and the deep performance of employees and the leaders’ perceived competence of employees’ ability played a mediating role,which verified the theoretical hypothesis of this paper.This thesis theoretically enriches the research on the impact of employees’ work passion on leaders’ work passion,and also puts forward practical suggestions on improving the efficiency of human resource management from the perspective of work passion for multinational enterprises.
