Study On The New Urbanization Guided By Tourism Industry And It's Planning Response

The new urbanization is a complex integrated process of dynamic evolution of population,society,economy,culture,ecology,space,whose basic features are the Urban and Rural Development,City and Production Integration,Economical and Intensive,Ecological and Livable,which is the only way that China's modernization must be passed,is where the biggest potential domestic demand in and an important driving force for economic development and livelihood projects.Tourism is a comprehensive industry with economic and social development in China under the new normal,driven by the enormous effect,has the obvious multiplier effect,with the unique advantage of promoting the steady economic growth,the optimization of industrial structure,the consumption upgrade,and absorbing population agglomeration.The driving force has remarkable stage characteristics of new urbanization,its initial power and basic power is agricultural modernization,the fundamental driving force is industrialization,the follow-up power is the third industry.As the most dynamic and potential and significantly associated comprehensive industry in the third industry,the tourism industry is gradually becoming a new important emerging power to promote economic development and urbanization construction.The urbanization construction with the tourism as its active driving force is a new one of multiple construction paths,and attracts more and more attention and in-depth research.Patrick Mullins,a foreign scholar from Australia,took the lead in carrying out the study of urbanization in the tourism industry in the 90 s of last century.However,the research of our country began in the early twenty-first Century.And late start,less research results.By combing the existing research results,we can find that the theoretical research lags behind the construction practice in general,the current researches mainly focus on the new urbanization's concept connotation,driving factor,characteristic and influence,mode and the dynamic mechanism,empirical case analysis,while the research on the path model with strong theoretical value and the influence of significant planning guidance and its response is very limited.As the new urbanization has been raised for the national strategy and the tourism industry became China's national economy and modern service industry development's important engine,to accelerate the construction of new urbanization guided by tourism,to promote tourism development combined with the national construction of "four modernizations",to achieve economic,social and ecological benefits unified,to achieve that the integration the tourism's development with the new urbanization's construction have being China's new requirements and new trends of development.It has important theoretical value and practical significance and been imminent that speeding up the research and its response of deepening and expanding the new urbanization guided by tourism industry.Based on combing and evaluating the research results of the new urbanization guided by tourism industry at home and aboard,analyzing the basic concepts of urbanization and new towns,the article focuses on three core issues such as "how do tourism guide the construction of new urbanization?","what's the development path and model and risk of the new urbanization guided
