| C company is an American importer who based in Arkansas,there are three warehouses and one product assembly line in United States.Home furnishing is the core business,it mainly sources from China,Vietnam,Malaysia and Mexico.The customers of C company are the home furnishing retailers of United States.With the development of science and technology in 21 st century,supply and demand structure got huge changing.The quality competition between enterprises upgrades to supply chain.The research on the combination of quality management and supply chain management becomes hot topic in both academic and practical area.How to do better on supply chain quality management becomes the first priority consideration factor for the enterprises.Under this background,C company makes decision on transforming traditional quality management into supply chain quality management in 2016.The thesis takes C company as a research case,defines three dimensions from quality management,such as supplier quality system evaluation management,production quality management and customer quality feedback & satisfaction management.The analysis process is under plan,do,check and act cycle(PDCA).Based on analysis,the central issue in supply chain quality management is systematization problem.It demonstrates by the seldom relation between different quality management elements,at the meanwhile,there is no overall view on supply chain quality management.The thesis proposes below suggestions by combining the theories of supply chain quality management and systematization:Re-organize the elements of supply chain quality management and build up relations;make quality management program with overall thinking under supply chain perspective. |
