With China’s accession to the WTO and the Continuous improvement anddevelopment of the market economy, our country’s enterprises more and more frequentlyto participate in the international competition, but individual enterprise hard to maintainthe competitive advantage in the increasingly fierce competition in the market, marketcompetition has evolved into the competition between supply chains, and to createcustomer satisfaction and loyalty is a magic weapon to win, only the high quality productsand services can create customer satisfaction, and just right, the supply chain qualitymanagement goal is to create value for customers and improve customer satisfaction, andthrough integrate and coordinate the supply chain business process, to measure, analyzeand continuously improve the products, services and processes, to pay attention to theforming process of product quality and service quality, at the same time, to control thequality of product and service.In this paper, according to content of the supply chain quality management and theforming process of supply chain product quality, choosing clothing enterprise as theresearch object, apply quality function deployment, analyze the control process of productquality in the supply chain of clothing enterprises. The final quality of the products, isbased on converting the identification of customer needs to product design quality, andthen to the raw materials, parts and components, and then to the manufacturing quality andthe distribution quality, a series of this process forms customer perceived quality. In theprocess of new product development, introduction of quality function deploymenttechnology, using a questionnaire survey conducts on customer demand, and then throughdemand transform and demand clustering analyze the levels of customer demand, thenusing AHP method to calculate and arrange demand importance degree, and analyzedesign technical characteristics of apparel, to build correlation of customerdemand-technical characteristics, using independent collocation method to calculate theimportance degree of the costume design technology characteristics, convert customerrequirements to the costume design elements, to control the quality of product design. Inthe procurement process, using interviews and questionnaires on enterprise survey, obtainsthe enterprise’s procurement requirements, using Monte Carlo-AHP method for computingand sorting on purchasing demand, in view of the existing deficiency of supplier evaluationindex system to put forward new evaluation index, and establish the house of quality aboutrelated relationship of procurement demand-supplier evaluation index, and calculate the importance degree of indicators, and then assess the technology competition of varioussuppliers, to rank and select supplier, all of this,in order to convert enterprise procurementrequirements to supplier evaluation index system, whereby to select supplier, finally tocontrol the quality of raw materials and outsourcing parts. At last, analyze the quality riskin the whole supply chain, calculate the importance degree of risk, put forward riskresponse strategies and methods.This paper focuses on supply chain quality management practices, quality functiondeployment technology is introduced in the supply chain quality management, according tothe deficiency of supply chain quality management in the specific enterprise to analyse, putforward to countermeasures and suggestions in order to improve the supply chain qualitymanagement. In the development of new products, to strengthen the customer demandsurvey and analysis, establish perfect system and process for converting the customerdemand, and make it contact closely with the design elements and quality characteristics,thus greatly improving customer satisfaction. In the process of supplier selection, convertenterprise’s procurement requirements to the supplier evaluation index, supplier selectionbased on the specific procurement requirements, make the supplier selection more targeted,thus strengthening quality control of the outsourcing parts. Pay attention to quality risk insupply chain, according to the risk preference, to make risk decision. |
