Research On Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Port Logistics Competitiveness Evaluation

With the continuous development of economic globalization and international trade,port as the node of modern transportation system,has gradually become the important stage of resource circulation of international and regional economy important constitution.Since the eighteenth congress,quickening Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional economic integration,the economic development will inevitably promote the development of port construction in the region,and port construction in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region’s economic development plays an important role.First of all,this article detailed introduces the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei port logistics competitiveness research background and research significance,at the same time from the world of modern logistics,port logistics,port logistics competitiveness three aspects analyzes the research status at home and abroad,summarizes the related scholar’s research results and research methods.Secondly,in this paper,the definition,elements and characteristics of port logistics,functions and developing trends are defined and introduced,on the concept,characteristics and the decisive factor of port competitiveness,on the concept,elements and characteristics of port logistics competitiveness has carried on the summary,constitutes the theoretical basis of this study.Third,respectively analyzes the Tianjin port,Tangshan port,Qinhuangdao port and Huanghua port,the development status of oil drilling four ports and port logistics development present situation,at the same time introduces the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei port group of the facing problems in the development of port logistics is mainly manifested in the competition of complexity,the management system of hysteresis and harbor industry in three aspects.Fourth,select the level of regional economy,port logistics supply capacity,port logistics demand scale,the port logistics service level,port logistics development potential for the first-level indicators,choose the city GDP,port coastline length,the port cargo throughput,the information technology level,the city foreign trade import and export growth 21 second-level indexes such as construction of port logistics competitiveness evaluation index system,selectively choose relatively effective and representative of the factor analysis,14 indexes through some calculation,finally got four port logistics comprehensive competitiveness score and ranking.Finally,according to several ports of ranking and result analysis,puts forward corresponding Suggestions on four ports,respectively,at the same time on how to improve the level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei port group of overall competitiveness of port logistics related countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.
