In the late 1980 s, logistics has gradually developed into an emerging industry.The refinement of social division of labor and degree of economic globalization make the logistics enterprises of our country to begin to appear in the market economy with the attitude of independent. Foreign trade openness make abroad logistics enterprises which have a strong competitive advantage to begin to enter our country.It makes pressure to the logistics industry in our country that development is lagged and also aggravate the competition of logistics market. In this large foreign logistics industry that control China’s market situation, how to rapidly improve the competitiveness of logistics enterprises in a short time has become a urgent problem that make logistics enterprises in our country to has the market competitive position, obtain good living environment and realize the sustainable development.Based on a certain theoretical basis of forming, from the perspective of financial aspects, build a set of evaluation index system of logistics enterprise competitiveness, and expand the research method. Randomly select 30 logistics enterprises from the 57 logistics enterprises,according to the competitiveness evaluation index system, collect their specific index data and use these data to achieve the training of BP neural network model. When the BP neural network trained become stable, in order to test the performance of the network, so we use it to evaluate the competitiveness of the twenty-seven logistics enterprises and obtain their competitiveness rankings.On the basis of this, we carry on the key factor recognition and obtain the restrictive factors that have effect on these logistics enterprise. Finally, we put forward the policy Suggestions to the development of the logistics enterprise and hope this can make a contribution for related departments to carry on the work.On the basis of empirical research, obtain the key factors that have effect on the logistics enterprises(yantiangang、huamaowulu、xinningwuliu).So we can summary the key factors that affect the overall logistics industry.I hope this can provide certain theoretical basis for logistics enterprises which want to improve their competitiveness.
