Study On The Production Input Behavior Of Grain Farmers In Luancheng County

Since 2004,the CPC Central Committee has issued 14 "NO.1 document" concer ned about the “Three agricultural questions”,the final aim of it is hope to assist the country's macro-control,improve rural economic construction and promote farmer gai n.Dancheng County,as a big agricultural county of Henan Province,actively promot e agricultural development,improve food production capacity,and achieved remarkab le results.However,in the process of survey,it is found that the factors such as land d ispersal,grain filling and rising production costs still restrict the production behavior of grain farmers.Therefore,the study of grain production behavior of farmers,is cond ucive to the optimal allocation of resources,to achieving sustainable economic develo pment,and to ensuring national food security.Based on the theory of traditional agriculture and the survey data,this paper uses the theory of scale economy and public product theory to study the grain growers in Dancheng County,and explores the present situation of the factors in the process of grain farming in Dancheng County,analyzes the reasons of the slowdown in agricultural growth in Dancheng County,and puts forward rationalization suggestions for economic development.In the analysis of the differences in the behavior of farmers in four natural villages,a comparative analysis and case analysis method were adopted.The results showed that farmers with different planting scale had differences in factor of input and planting intention.According to the different effects of grain production on food production,this paper summarizes the following three conclusions:(1)farmers give priority to farming,but due to rising production costs,grain supplement policy is not perfect and other factors,the grain willingness of them has declined.(2)the area of cultivated land affect the input of production factors,the flow of land and so on.At the end of the study,the following suggestions are made to ensure the vital interests of farmers:(1)promote a modest scale of operation in order to optimize the allocation of resources.(2)strengthen the agricultural market supervision,standardize the cost of agricultural and make resources reasonable.(3)increase the promotion of new agricultural technology.The following two points are the innovation of this paper:(1)Research perspective.Most of the previous research is a region of the overall grain behavior analysis,this paper put aside the traditional macro perspective,starting from the micro-level of grain industry,Policy,self and other factors to analyze,and finally put forward to resist natural disasters,speed up land transfer,strengthen the government's responsibility in order to improve the production of grain and agriculture.(2)Research content.The farmer's production behavior includes input behavior,choice behavior,hedge behavior and decision-making behavior.The article chooses its input behavior for profound and targeted research,so that the article from the big and empty research habits.(3)research methods.this paper is based on the background of food security,on the optimization of the production of grain and agriculture,and on the sample village of field research,interspersed with the case,so that the characteristics of this study are more prominent.
