Research On The Circulation Of Farmland Usufruct Of Dancheng In Henan Province

Since the beginning of Reformation and Opening-up, China has implemented the family union production contract responsibility system, which greatly stimulated farmers'producing initiative, the rapid increase of production in agriculture promoted the quick growth of the rural economy. However, with the gradual deepening of Reformation and Opening-up, the shortcomings of China's farmland property right system exposed gradually, agricultural economy began to emerge a landslide. On the premise of unchangeable agricultural application and respecting the wishes of the farmers, flow of the farmland usufruct is very important to improve the the current family union production contract responsibility system, develop the rural economy, enhance agriculture vitality and increase the income of peasants.Based on the precious studies, first, the relevant theories of farmland's usufruct circulation are elaborated detailedly in this paper and these theories playing the guiding role in the farmland's usufruct circulation are analyzed; through the method of field investigation and comparative analysis, questionnaires of farmland's usufruct circulation in Dancheng are summarized and analysed, involving the basic elements of farmland's usufruct circulation as sample points location, farmers cultural degree and per capita household income, farmer's participation aspiration, realization forms of circulation, time and price of circulation and so on. Subsequently, the author indicates the main problems existing in present farmland's usufruct circulation through the above analysis and summaries. Moreover, these problems are further analysed detailedly.On the basis of case study, this thesis considers that it should further promote the farmland's usufruct circulation form the following aspects: establishing modernize land possession right, strengthening guide and support of farmland's usufruct circulation, developing thorough market of farmland's usufruct circulation, reasonable price system of farmland's usufruct circulation, effectively transferring surplus rural labor force,and improving system of rural social insurance.
