Research On The Method Of Calculating The Evaluation Index System Of Poverty

Poverty is a global problem.Currently,the research indicator system of poverty is still limited to a series of statistical indicator system which are based on economic and social statistics,such as per-capita income,per-capita arable land and so on.These indicator systems are related to poverty directly,which can reflect the poverty levels of the regions and farmers accurately.And the selection of these indicator systems is operable,and thus it is easy and costly to be inte-grated on a large scale.Although the state and society support poor areas out of poverty,Although the state and society have increased support on policies,proj-ects and funds for poverty-stricken areas,there are still many areas that can not get rid of poverty.If we leave behind the economic factors such as policy,educational level,population income,etc.,whether other factors affect poverty.There-fore,this study introduces the effect of geo-graphical environment on poverty,deeply studies the influence of regional differences and geographical environ-ment,and analyze the coupling relationship between the above two factors and the occurrence of poverty.This study breaks the analysis method of macro perspe-ctive and collective statistics which adopted by poverty research in the past,and it analyzes the individual data from the micro perspective,and pays attention to the precise calculation of regional poverty and quantitative analysis of regional poverty factors.By combing the nearly 20 years about spatial poverty related literature at home and abroad,and combining with the present domestic policy requirements on poverty geography,this study systematically describes the meaning of spatial poverty,and the influence of spatial factors on the causes of poverty,and the way that the related factors influence and act on the research object of the region,as well as the measurement process of poverty level in the reg-ion,and the mapping of poverty distribution maps from geographic space perspective.And this study focuses on the analysis of different geography factors affecting attenuation model,and their respective advantages and disadvantages and applicable scope,and the optimization of the integrated attenuation model.In this study,Liquan County was selected as the experi-mental area to verify the effect of geographical factors on poverty evaluation,and then the extent of poverty in the region was obtained.This study has enriched the study of poverty geography in theory,and also summed up the influence of spatial elements,which provides a new way for the follow-up study of spatial factors.
