Research On Human Resource Development Strategy Of WF Bank

WF bank is a local city commercial bank,whose predecessor is the WF city commercial bank.Compared to state-owned banks and national joint-stock commercial banks,WF bank's asset size and overall strength is weak.In recent years,China's economic growth slowed,intense competition in the banking development of the Internet and other multiple factors,facing the business environment is more and more complex,development of WF bank by unprecedented challenges and pressures.Human resource is the first resource of the bank,and it is the most valuable asset of each enterprise,which directly affects the realization of the organization's objectives.Human resources development strategy is an important part of the overall development strategy of the bank,which has a significant impact on the profitability and sustainable development of the bank.WF bank's institutional network layout is small,limited business scope,short service radius,financial products innovation,lack of talent and a series of problems,in the final analysis is the lack of talent.WF banks must pay attention to and implement the development strategy of human resources in order to improve the competitive ability and realize the healthy and sustainable development.This paper mainly studies the theory of human resource development strategy at home and abroad,analyzes the existing WF bank development and human resource management in recruitment,training,assessment,compensation and other aspects of the problem,then use the SWOT analysis tool of the comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of human resource management in WF bank as well as the challenges and opportunities,based on the comparative advantages of WF bank,to find out the human resource development strategy for WF bank,the exploration of human resources development strategy in line with the actual WF bank guarantee measures for the human resource management activities to the direction of the allocation of human resources,science,construction of a high-quality staff,to ensure to achieve the goals of the development strategy of WF bank and improve their comprehensive competitiveness,to maintain sustained and steady development.
