Human resources management in modern companies has already become the center.The precondition of a human resources management is recruitment management,which also is an important guarantee of achievement and targets.To guarantee enterprises can continually develop well and enhance the vitality and efficiency,corporate launched a series of actions to recruit new guys scientifically.Through implementing the competency model on real recruitment,which can get some benefits from these processes,such as on selections,training,appointment and improve etc.which also can encourage staff and lead them to grow up.It is helpful for win-win between employees and enterprise.The paper describes the related concepts of competency model,and how to apply it to recruit and select core employees on key positions in corporate.Firstly,the basic theoretical concepts of competency model,competence,characteristics,methods and steps of its establishment are introduced at the beginning of paper.Secondly,it describes the selection and recruitment based on competency model,then introduce the status of recruitment for core staff in ZDDQ Group,and tried to apply competency model to recruit core employees.After that assess the recruitment process,and raise problems and suggestions.Recruiting core employees with competency model provides ZDDQ Group in future with a good foundation on human management,development and recruitment.Through application and practice,which has proved that recruiting core staff based on competency model is a scientific and standard recruitment system. |
