China is now in a big era of open innovation.Under the national backdrop of consumer upgrading,supply-side reform,and rural revitalization,China's agricultural machinery companies are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.The development of agricultural machinery enterprises is inseparable from the development of innovation capabilities,and the innovative development capabilities of agricultural machinery companies will inevitably rely more on the knowledge and skills of talents.The selection of this article is based on the judgment of the macro-environment,and selects the human resources of the Henan Agricultural Machinery Co.,Ltd.as the agricultural machinery company to conduct research.As one of the most important resources in enterprises,human resources play a more and more important role in the competition of modern enterprises.Has the advanced management idea,has the high production skill,is the enterprise most valuable wealth.Therefore,for the enterprise core staff selection and employment naturally becomes the enterprise human resources department recruitment management the most important.In the process of selecting and hiring the core staff in the human resources department of Innovation Machinery Co.,Ltd,there are still some problems,such as the unclear target,the unscientific standard of selecting and hiring,and the selection and employment of the core staff.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to establish a set of scientific human resource selection and employment system for the enterprise through the way of constructing competency model,so as to help the realization of the strategic goal of the enterprise.This paper makes a comprehensive exposition on the competency model and its application in the personnel selection.Firstly,introduces the background,research status at home and abroad,research method and research significance.Secondly,the related theories involved in this thesis are summarized.The definition of core employees,and then to competence.The basic theory,competency model,characteristics,classification;again,the Henan innovation Machinery Co.Ltd.in recent years the core staff selection were studied,the enterprises engaged in the actual situation,find out the existing problems;on this basis,this paper focuses on the construction of the Henan innovation Machinery Co.Ltd.competency model,Furthermore,the selection and employment system based on competency model is studied,and the selection and employment scheme of Henan Innovation Machinery Co.,Ltd.based on competency model is put forward,and the principle of selection and employment based on competency model is analyzed.Finally,the application of competency model in the selection of workshop director position in Henan Innovation Machinery Co.,Ltd.The application process of competency model in the selection and employment of workshop director is described in detail.
