As we all know, the recruitment of enterprises is not only the basis and premise of human resource management, but also the cornerstone of its healthy and orderly development. Enterprises should do to capitalize on the trend, growing space for their own development and vitality, constantly adjust and optimize the structure and number of employees. This study to SBT employees recruitment as an example, under the guidance of the theory of recruitment and quality, through the literature analysis method, case research method and interview method on many kinds of research methods, in-depth analysis of research firm SBT recruitment condition, obtained and carries on the analysis to the causes of the existing problems. Make full use of domestic and foreign recruitment quality model and theory, to study the main line of five parts: introduction, literature review, research of SBT company staff recruitment, SBT company recruitment system design, the conclusion and prospect for SBT company, development strategy and human resource system based on the demand, the total node refines 9 key quality and staff of SBT company the recruitment quality model includes: execution, innovation, teamwork, resilience, customer satisfaction, information management, professional knowledge and experience, responsibility and communication ability, and constructs the competency model of middle-level managers of SBT company, the quality of the model has strong pertinence and practice and guidance, so as to enrich SBT company staff recruitment system, improve the SBT company’s human resource management system. Conclusions: recruitment of staff competency model must be with organic agreement of enterprise development strategy, competency model has strong timeliness and specificity, in use process should be according to the change of the environment and the consequent improvement of; competency model has strong differences, the need to periodically check and assess the effectiveness of their implementation.
