Optimization Of Recruitment System Of Core Employees For Mh Enterprise Based On Competency Model

Today,sharing economy develops rapidly.Human resources has already become core capital and the guarantee of achievement and targets to the development of enterprise.Recruitment for improving enterprise is difficulty and the key factor,especially recruiting qualified employees,and increasing staff retention.Based on the competency model,the company has carried out a series of measures to optimize the core staff recruitment system,for promoting healthy and stable development of the enterprise,some new blood in the team,triggering the dynamic behavior.To support the enterprise strategy,companies attaches great importance to selection,especially in the selection,appointment,education and keeping people.This paper expounds the concepts of competency model and core employees,and how to apply these concepts in the selection of core employees in enterprises.Firstly,this paper explains the basic concepts of competency and its model,and the definition of core employees;secondly,it analyzes and studies the existing recruitment system,and puts forward the existing problems of the existing recruitment system;then,this paper constructs the competency model of core employees of MH company,and employs this model to recruit workers.In the process of doing this,it expounds the problems and puts forward some suggestions for improvement,and optimizes the recruitment system.The core employee recruitment system based on competency model can better match the development strategy of MH company,it is a base of the development for human resource management and development of the company in future,and provide a new perspective for future employees recruitment.The practice and application of competency model in recruitment work proves that the optimized core employee recruitment system based on competency model is scientific and effective.
