In recent years,China's underwear industry has developed rapidly and the market space is huge.However,Ordifen underwear brand has been acquired by the City Beauty Group because of continuous loss.To enhance the brand competitiveness,and achieve the goal of profitability,Ordifen began a strategic transformation.Ordifen has established a new supply chain center,closed the original manufacturing plant and production of all outsourcing.Therefore,the establishment of a new supplier system to meet the future development needs of the brand has become one of the important issues that need to be solved in the process of Ordifen's strategic transformation.Firstly,this article studies the index system of supplier evaluation.Based on the literature research of the principles?indexes and methods of supplier evaluation.To comb out the commonly used indexes and methods of garment supplier evaluation.Based on the practice and exploration of Ordifen's strategic transformation,and the diagnosis of the current situation and problems about Ordifen supplier system,the four major problems of Ordifen supplier system are obtained.Based on the literature research and practical exploration,and through in-depth interviews with the company's senior leaders,the 7 first-level indexes and 23 secondary indexes of the supplier evaluation index are determined finally.Secondly,this article constructs a supplier evaluation system suitable for Ordifen.Application of AHP to evaluate the weight of the primary and secondary indexes of supplier evaluation,And the Gray Relational Analysis Method is selected as the analysis tool of the supplier evaluation result,so that the evaluation data is effective,the operation process is simple and the evaluation order is clear.Then,this article carried out the research on the improvement and simplification of Ordifen supplier evaluation system.On the basis of the empirical research on the evaluation of Ordifen17 SS by the application supplier evaluation system,on the one hand,the quantification of some indexes and the method of scoring operation were modified,On the other hand,it simplifies the application and verifies that it is reasonable and feasible.Finally,this article establishes the management process and method of Ordifen supplier.The supplier selection and evaluation process is optimized to improve the level of the suppliermanagement,put forward the method of supplier graded and classified management and incentive management,and constructs a complete Ordifen supplier system.The conclusion of this article is applied directly to the supplier evaluation and management of Ordifen's strategic transformation.The initial feedback is good,so that the management of the supply chain center has entered a virtuous circle,which is beneficial to Ordifen perfecting the supplier management system and improving the management level,and also helps the supplier and Ordifen to grow together,and form a win-win situation.In addition,this study also provides meaningful reference for the research about supplier system of other underwear brands.
