Since Chinese economic reform in Eighties, Chinese economic developed rapidly, Chinese economic level grows solidly, and people's living standard advances, which brings boom in Chinese real estate industry. Meanwhile, the government policies on the real estate and property rights innovate deeply, and management of the real estate steps on track, becoming the mainstay of Chinese economics. But with the excitation mechanism of the real estate industry, the real estate companies increase rapidly, which brings fierce competition, together with big homogenization, useless sales strategy and mess customer group. Facing so fierce market situation and uncertain future, the real estate companies have to adjust sales strategies scientifically and obtain the commanding elevation of the competition, they would be eliminated. So for every real estate company, integrating information and resources to formulate new sales strategy is the only way to survive.Yida Real Estate Company established in 1988, and it's one of the core companies in Yida Group. Its main business includes the real estate development, the real estate instruction, investment operation and so on. It's the first tier real estate companies in China and the first privately operated real estate company having ISO9001 quality management system. This article is case study on Yida Real Estate Company, analyze and research the sales management problems, and help the company to get rid of the problems causing by disabled sales management. Firstly, this article introduces the researching aims and methods, then describes the real cases happened in Yida's sales activity to bring out the problems in sales management. Thirdly, the article listed the sales management theories and methods to analyze the reasons for the problems. And lastly, the author proposes solutions to solve the problems Yida Real Estate Company is facing.Using the scientific improvement scheme to consummate the sales management of Yida Real Estate Company, the sales management problems can be successfully solved. Meanwhile, the precious experience and methods can provide reference and support to the similar companies to solve similar problems.
