| After nearly three decades of evolution and development from the 1980s, China began to rise in the corporate culture boom, which has become a new core competitiveness of enterprises. YIDA Group has become the country’s leading private enterprise major in real estate, also including park operation, property management, decoration, construction and other industries. With the constant development and expansion of enterprise, the original enterprise culture appears a series of problems, unable to meet the needs of new development. YIDA Group is urgent to strengthen the building of enterprise culture, which makes companies more effectively and sustainable development in the fierce market environment.The paper takes the YIDA Group as the research object, and makes the construction of enterprise culture as the breakthrough point for the research. Using the method of questionnaire and personal interviews, the paper has found a series of problems in YIDA Group from the four aspects of construction of spiritual culture, construction of system culture, construction of material and the construction of the behavior culture, which based on Collection, analysis and induction of the relevant theories and literature about domestic and foreign enterprise culture. Those problems includes that management policy is not unified by enterprise culture, enterprise culture is lack of inclusiveness and innovation, both of salary system and the employee welfare system are imperfect, and also includes the lack of communication and cooperation, the insufficiency support of resources. Finally, based on the theory of enterprise culture construction, in the view of actual situation of enterprise development, this paper presents countermeasure in enterprise culture construction, and also provides theoretical guidance and reference for promoting healthy development of YIDA Group. |
