With the development of science and technology as well as China’s economic transition, e-commerce has become a new industry that the Chinese government attaches utmost importance to. In recent years, it has become common knowledge that e-commerce promotes domestic consumption, thus boosting the change of economic development mode of China. Nevertheless, there are still some issues affecting the application of e-commerce in small-and medium-sized enterprises, due to their own internal conditions or external environments. To some extent, this has hindered the development of e-commerce and its application in these enterprises. Major factors affecting the development includes the lack of coordination, belief system, resources and logistics and authentication etc. Unfamiliar with the e-commerce industry and its inability to seamlessly integrate with the traditional industries are the major issues. As one of E-Commerce models, O2O is not just a fashion, it is a new channel and new business model, which has gradually become the core competitiveness of future enterprises.In this case, the analysis bases on the operation status and issues of "Interactive Marketing Platform of Yida Ltd, Co.", then presents optimized suggestions. The research combines real operation cases and analysis theories. This paper has5parts. First, it simply introduce the background, main content and significance of this paper. Second, it describes the history and current status of the product. Third, it shows some real business cases. Forth, it finds the issues based on the current development status. Fifth, it presents some suggestions.We hope that the research can promote the improvement of the operation system of Yida O2O interactive marketing platform, can provide useful experiences to other products of this kind, can provide some useful suggestions to the enterprises which hope for020business.
