Dalian Long Shengji Construction Project Management Co. Ltd was founded in 2009 in Dalian, but Supervision of the multiple projects was successful. Whereas, some of the other supervision companies have been into the Dalian market in recent years. Keeping ideologism and relying on those old experience is far beyond adequacy in such a severe competition. Therefore, researching marketing problems of this company in this article has very important practical significance.In this article, the author analyses this method by sorting a great number of data and materials, integrating theory with practice and combining example analysis and standard analysis on the basis of marketing theories and approaches. Firstly, introduce the basic situation of the company and marketing status quo. Then, point out that the company growth is not stable. Secondly, the company's policy, economy, society, technology, competitors, users and other marketing micro and macro environment are analyzed in details. Finally based on this put forward my own suggestions. Formulate the marketing strategy of the company. To some extent, this paper can give the corporation some suggestions and make it re-examine their work from many different angles so that the marketing achievement could be mostly enhanced.
